Reflexology

This introduction course explores the wonders of this ancient holistic therapy and gives you skills the skills to perform full consultation and reflexology treatments. The knowledge of this course will change you perceptive on healing methods and opens your minds to the art of holistic therapy. Reflexology is about applying pressures to the foot at key points in order to stimulate the blood circulation, relax or rejuvenate your client.

Course duration: 5 days

During this course you will learn:

• Origin and history of reflexology
• Contra-indication and Contra-actions
• Basic reflexology techniques and routine
• Anatomy and physiology of the foot
• Benefits of reflexology
• Divisions of the feet related to the body
• Relaxation techniques

Previous experience: This course is great for beginners no previous experience in massage or within the beauty industry is needed.

Equipment needed: Equipment will be provided on training day, kits are available upon request
