'I just wanted to write to say thank you for the superb service you have provided our school since the start of last academic year. The weekly stress management and relaxation workshops that you have run with our Year 13 students had such a positive impact on their lives and general well-being, it was so impressive and pleasing to see. The feedback from the students has been phenomenal and so complimentary – one of them even going as far as saying that these sessions have quite honestly transformed his life!
[Ollie Welsby, Assistant Head. King Edwards V1 Aston]
During the 12 weeks program my staff and I have noticed a significant improvement in the childrens' attitudes to learning and their self-confidence , both within the group and when in their classroom with peers. Class teachers have also noticed a significant improvement in academic outcomes this term , and I am convinced that the programme played a significant part in this story.
